Behind the Strategy
NickIsTheWay started Strategy Roasters in October of 2020. It was in the middle of the Pandemic. He lost his Marketing job due to Covid Cutbacks. He had been roasting coffee as a hobby for about a year and was determined not to work for someone else ever again. He decided to pursue a dream. Nick seen a need for someone to represent the small streamers that the bigger companies wouldn't touch. Combined with his love of coffee the perfect storm was born. Strategy blew up and partnered with over 150 creators their first year.
Now he has brought in 2 partners (PJ and Mark) to help lead Strategy into the future. With the added partnership they plan to continue their mission to give creators small and large something to hold in their hands and say this is me! Something to be proud of.
